Recruitment and Training
NLGC has its own procedure for recruiting experienced and suitable candidates, each and every candidate will undergo the screening process by the personnel from the higher management to make sure that the quality and experience are enough to fulfill our requirement.
The hired candidates will go for the necessary safety and other training before they mobilized to the crew.
We usually conduct to do the safety training like HSE Induction, H2S, DDC, First AID, Fire fighting, BOSEIT, FRC, SEA Survival, etc.
